Grease Trap Clean-DOC-RLCC

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is issuing this solicitation for a service contract to provide grease trap cleaning services for the Department of Corrections at the Raymond Laborde Correctional Center (DOC-RLCC).
The goal is to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards regarding waste management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, and labor to pump out three underground grease traps and one lift station, including the catch basin.
Specific requirements include:
1. Main Grease Trap (2000 gallons) located by the kitchen - serviced monthly.
2. One Small Grease Trap (50 gallons) located at the back of the kitchen - serviced as needed.
3. One Grease Trap (400 gallons) located by the east gate - serviced as needed.
4. One Lift Station (1500 gallons) located at the front of the Administration Building - serviced monthly.
5. One Catch Basin - serviced as needed.
The contractor must also provide a vacuum truck capable of holding a minimum of 3600 gallons, equipped with a 4" suction hose (30' long with 30 psi vacuum) and a wand (25' at 3000 psi).
Services include removal and disposal of all grease and/or waste material in a legal manner without additional costs to the agency.

Period of Performance
The contract will begin on July 1, 2025, or upon date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2026.
The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions, not to exceed a total contract time of 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Raymond Laborde Correctional Center located at 1630 Prison Road, Cottonport, LA 71327.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid.
A W-9 form must be included if newly registered.
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not suspended or debarred by GSA and must adhere to civil rights laws.
