Background
This solicitation is to establish a Maintenance Contract to provide Sabine Refuge Operation and Maintenance as specified for the LA Department of CPRA for an initial one year period beginning July 1, 2024 or date of award whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.
Work Details
The contract requires monthly operations and maintenance in accordance with Attachment B - Specifications. The bid includes several instructions to bidders such as ensuring all bid prices are typed, written in ink, or submitted online via the vendor portal, including delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided, and complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Period of Performance
