Enterprise Asset Management Software and Services

Background
The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) is soliciting proposals for a vendor-hosted/cloud GIS-based Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) to address its current and projected work order and asset management needs.
The goal is to find a solution that includes software, hardware specifications, implementation, project management, and other technology services.
This initiative aims to replace the outdated RJN Cassworks system and incorporate building maintenance into the new asset management framework.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a fully integrated EAMS solution that includes:
- Core Application Software: Service/Work Requests, Work Orders, Inspections, Calendar, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Asset Management, Mobile capability, Inventory Management (integrated with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP), and optional Fleet Management.
- Required Services: Project Management, Software Installation/Set-up, Security Design and Configuration, Business Design/Software Configuration, Technical Design and Standards Development, Data Conversion and Migration, Business Analytics/Report Development, Integration and Interface Development, Testing, Training, Deployment, Ongoing Support and Maintenance Services.

Period of Performance
The contract period is five (5) years starting from the approval by the SWBNO Board of Directors and issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans Administration Building located at 625 St. Joseph St., New Orleans, LA 70165.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with a DBE goal of 6% participation in this RFP.
They are required to submit an Economically Disadvantaged Business Participation Summary Sheet along with their proposal.
Additionally, contractors must maintain various insurance coverages including Workers’ Compensation Insurance with specified limits.
