Emergency Support for LSA - GOHSEP

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) in Louisiana. The purpose of this contract is to establish Emergency Contingency Contract(s) for providing Emergency Support for the Logistical Staging Area (LSA) during emergencies declared by the Governor of Louisiana.

Work Details
The contractor will provide logistical support services for the Logistical Staging Area (LSA). Specific tasks include but are not limited to: managing supplies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring readiness for deployment during emergencies.

The contract includes provisions for pricing to be submitted on Attachment C - Price Sheet, which details the costs associated with the services rendered. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins upon award and ends on April 30, 2025. There is an option for the State of Louisiana to extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total maximum contract duration not exceeding 36 months.

The services will be performed at the Logistical Staging Area located at 7667 Independence Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
