The Beauregard Parish School Board is issuing a solicitation for the construction of additions and renovations at East Beauregard High School located at 5364 LA-113, DeRidder, Louisiana. Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon receipt of a written 'Notice to Proceed' from the Owner. The completion deadlines are as follows:
- Classroom Building, Pavilion Drainage, and Slab must be completed by July 23rd, 2026;
- Gym and Auditorium by August 23rd, 2026;
- Pavilion Structure within 183 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

All work will be performed at East Beauregard High School located at 5364 LA-113, DeRidder, Louisiana.
Bidder Requirements
Bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed by the State of Louisiana for Building Construction. Each bid must include a certified check or Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed Base Bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount from a company licensed in Louisiana. Additionally, bidders must supply all required insurance with acceptable carriers.
