Contract To Provide Electrical Supplies As Needed

Background
The City of Kenner is issuing Sealed Bid No. 25-6882 for a contract to provide electrical supplies as needed.
The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the City has access to necessary electrical materials and supplies to support its operations and infrastructure projects.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to supply various electrical materials and supplies, including but not limited to:
- Arlington or equal connectors (1/2 STR L/T PVC, 3/4 STRL L/T PVC, 1/2 90D L/T)
- Blackburn or equal grounding rods, splices, and connectors
- Bussmann or equal fuses (various types and ratings)
- GE LED lamps (various models and wattages)
- Crouse Hinds or equal boxes, covers, and connectors
- Hubbell or equal plugs, connectors, and receptacles
- Intermatic or equal photocontrols and time switches
- Leviton or equal switches, outlets, and plates
- Various types of tape (vinyl, coding) and anchors.
All quantities are estimated; the contractor will be paid based on actual quantities verified by the Owner.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue for a period as specified in the final agreement.
The specific duration will be determined based on the needs of the City of Kenner.

Place of Performance
The performance of this contract will take place within the jurisdiction of the City of Kenner, Louisiana.
