Combination Vacuum Truck ("VACALL TRUCK")

The City of New Iberia is seeking sealed bids for the procurement of a Combination Vacuum Truck ("VACALL TRUCK") as part of its infrastructure needs. This solicitation is officially advertised and all interested parties are invited to submit their bids for consideration. The City of New Iberia is the requesting entity for this contract. Bids must be received by the City at any time prior to, but no later than, 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Bids may be mailed to the City of New Iberia, Attn. City Clerk, or delivered in person to the Mayor's Office at 457 East Main St., Suite 300, New Iberia, LA 70560, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM on any working day prior to the bid opening, or delivered at the time of the bid opening. This contract is part of the City's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its infrastructure. The procurement of the Combination Vacuum Truck is a key component in supporting these initiatives. All bids must be submitted in a properly executed envelope. The official bid opening will take place at 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in the City of New Iberia Council Chambers at New Iberia City Hall, 457 E. Main St. (3rd floor).
