Background

1. Women's Brief-Style Panties (Sizes 5 to 14, 18, 20) - Quantity: 900 each per size. Brand: Bob Barker or Equal. Material: 100% Cotton, Color: White. Must have double panel crotch and narrow knit elastic waist.

2. Traditional Style Bras (Sizes 32C, 34A, 34B, 34C, 36B, 36D, 38DD, 40DD, 42DD) - Quantity: 3 dozen each size. Brand: Bob Barker or Equal. Material: 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton or Equal. Must not have underwire and must have adjustable non-slip straps.

3. Thermal Bottoms (Sizes S to 6XL) - Quantity varies from 72 to 216 each size. Brand: Bob Barker or Equal. Material: 60% Cotton / 40% Polyester Blend or Equal. Must be knitted waffle weave with ankle-length drawers and elastic waistband.

4. Thermal Tops (Sizes S to 6XL) - Quantity varies from 72 to 216 each size. Brand: Bob Barker or Equal. Material: Same as thermal bottoms with crew neck and long sleeves.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude by June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is specified as the Louisiana Department of Corrections at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women located at 6923 Hwy 74, St Gabriel, LA 70776.

Bidder Requirements
