Campus Living Preventative Maintenance Services

Background
Grambling State University is seeking bids for HVAC preventative maintenance services for its Campus Living and Housing facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of HVAC systems, thereby supporting the university's mission to provide a comfortable living environment for students.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance services, including but not limited to: regular inspections, cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and replacements of HVAC components as necessary. Specific tasks may include checking refrigerant levels, inspecting ductwork, cleaning filters, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The contractor must also provide documentation of all maintenance activities performed.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last until July 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Grambling State University located in Grambling, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. Additionally, bidders are required to provide proof of insurance coverage that includes Grambling State University as an additional insured.

Bidders must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
