Work Requested

The Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Substation Repair Services at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center - New Orleans (ENMCCNO). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment and components
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required for substation repairs

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana. The day-to-day management of the ENMCCNO is handled by New Orleans Public Facility Management, Inc. (NOPFMI), a quasi-public body.

Contract Background

The Authority is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity and safety of the ENMCCNO. Substation repair services are essential to ensure uninterrupted power supply and facility operations at the Convention Center.
