C-2212 Procurement of Janitorial Supplies

Background
The Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority (the Authority) is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana.
New Orleans Public Facility Management, Inc. (NOPFMI) is a quasi-public body responsible for managing the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center - New Orleans (ENMCCNO).
The Owner seeks bids from qualified individuals or firms for the procurement of janitorial supplies to support the operations of the convention center.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of various janitorial supplies, including but not limited to:
- C-Fold Towels
- Waxed Paper Liners
- Sanitary Napkins
- Polishing Pads
- Stripper Pads
- Oil Absorbent bags
- Dust Mops
- Toilet Paper Rolls
- Various cleaning chemicals and tools from specified manufacturers such as Cascades PRO Select®, HOSPECO, 3M, and others.
Specific quantities and models are outlined in the bid forms provided in Exhibit No. 3.

Period of Performance
Delivery of all items purchased under contract shall be within thirty (30) days after issuance of a purchase order.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Receiving Dock located at 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of insurance coverage including commercial general liability insurance with limits of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate; workers' compensation insurance; and commercial auto liability insurance.
Bidders are encouraged to include participation plans for small and emerging businesses (SEBs) and disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs), with a goal of 30% participation.
