Background
The Burden Museum & Gardens, under the Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College, is seeking bids for the Louisiana Lights holiday light show. This initiative aims to enhance the beauty of Windrush Gardens through a unique holiday light experience that differs from traditional shows. The project includes the fabrication of assets, programming, and technical support to create an immersive environment.

Work Details
The contract involves providing supplies and fabricated assets for various activations in the Louisiana Lights show, including:

1. Exit Experience - 15 ornaments with specific dimensions and lighting requirements.
2. Scintillating Stream - 195 reeds with varied heights and lighting specifications.
3. Holiday Lawn - Dangling lights with specific strand lengths and colors.
4. Lakeside Stroll - Dangling Lights and Pole Trees with detailed specifications for custom cables and light strands.
5. Wildlife Ramble - Bees, Butterflies, and Dragonflies with precise dimensions and construction details for each cluster.

Each activation must comply with established aesthetics, electrical codes, and operational standards.

Period of Performance
The supplies and fabricated assets must be delivered by September 1, 2025. Programming for light activations is also due by this date. Technical support will be required from contract implementation through December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
All products must be shipped to LSU Burden Center located at 4560 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide references for at least three similar contracts successfully completed in the past. All bids must include an all-inclusive price covering supplies, fabrication of assets, shipping, programming data for lights, music curation, and technical support.
