Bienville Parish School Board 2026-2027 Food, Supply, Yearly (ALL OR NOTHING)

Work Requested:
The Bienville Parish School Board Child Nutrition Program is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 Food, Supply, Yearly Bid on an ALL OR NOTHING basis. Vendors are asked to provide pricing and fulfillment for the complete list of food and supply items as specified in the bid documents.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Bienville Parish School Board Child Nutrition Program.

Background:
The purpose of this contract is to secure a single vendor to supply all food and related supplies required by the Child Nutrition Program for the 2026-2027 school year. The bid process ensures fair competition and compliance with procurement regulations.

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must review the enclosed bid forms, instructions, and specifications thoroughly before submitting a quote.
• All forms included in the bid package must be completed and returned with the bid proposal form.
