• Small Equipment
• Grease Trap Sludge
• Chemical Supplies
• Fresh Produce
• Frozen Food & Grocery Products

Contract Requirements

• Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside with the specific category being bid on (e.g., BID ON PAPER & CLEANING PRODUCTS, 6/10/2026 ).
• Bids will be received until Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
• Bids will be awarded based on both quality and price; the lowest price will not necessarily be selected for any item.
• The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
