Bayou Paul Ln Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements Project

Work Requested:
The Bayou Paul Ln Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements Project involves the following scope of work:

• Improving drainage and constructing new sidewalks along Bayou Paul Lane as detailed in the construction plans.
• Removal and installation of driveways.
• Excavation and embankment work.
• Installation of sidewalks, drainage pipes, and drainage structures.
• Implementation of temporary traffic control measures.
• Completion of all other necessary items as indicated in the project plans.

Who is Requesting:
The City of St. Gabriel (referred to as the Owner ) is soliciting bids for this project.

Background:
This solicitation is for the construction of improvements along Bayou Paul Lane, specifically targeting sidewalk installation and drainage enhancements as outlined in the provided construction documents.

Contract Requirements:
All work must be performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to, driveway removal/addition, excavation, embankment, sidewalk and drainage system installation, and temporary traffic control.

Instructions on Submission:
Sealed bids must be addressed to the City of St. Gabriel and delivered to the City Hall (Administration Office) at 5035 Iberville Street, St. Gabriel, LA 70776 by Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (Central Standard Time). At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Electronic bids are also accepted and may be submitted via www.centralauctionhouse.com. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted.

Complete Bid Documents are available electronically at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Printed copies are not provided by the Designer, but arrangements can be made through most reprographic firms at the plan holder's expense.
