Background
Louisiana Tech University is seeking sealed bids for the procurement of athletic training equipment and supplies for the 2025-2026 academic year. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Intercollegiate Athletics department has access to necessary training materials to support its operations effectively.

Work Details
This is a Blanket Bid for various athletic training equipment and supplies. Items will be ordered on an 'as needed' basis, with prices firm from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The university reserves the right to order any quantity necessary for the successful operation of the Athletic Training Department.

Vendors must provide a catalog or item number, unit of measure, and unit price for each requested item. A list of specific items includes but is not limited to:
- Athletic training supplies such as various types of bandages, braces, gels, and medical equipment.
- Specific products include:
- Aircast Walking Boots in various sizes
- Adhesive Moleskin Rolls
- Various types of athletic tape
- Pain relief medications like Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen
- Exercise bands and weights

Vendors should also provide alternate pricing for bulk purchases.

Period of Performance
The contract period will run from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
All items will be delivered to Louisiana Tech University located in Ruston, LA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all conditions outlined in the solicitation. A bid bond is not required unless the bid exceeds fifty thousand dollars. Bids must be submitted on the provided form without alterations. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and are responsible for any costs incurred prior to contract execution.
