Armed Security Guard - DCFS

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) through the Office of State Procurement.
The purpose of this contract is to establish a Service Contract for Armed Security Guard services, aimed at enhancing safety and security for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Armed Security Guard services as specified in the solicitation.
The contract includes an initial period starting from the date of award and ending on June 30, 2025, with an option for two additional 12-month renewals under the same terms and conditions.
The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 36 months.
The awarded contractor must comply with all specifications outlined in Attachment B - Specifications, which details the requirements for service delivery.
The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance begins upon award and ends on June 30, 2025.
There is an option to renew for two additional 12-month periods, making the total possible contract duration up to 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Iberville Parish DCFS Child Welfare Office located at 23075 Highway 1, Plaquemine, LA 70764.
