Background
The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for an annual contract for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standard Replacement Parts and Labor for Ford Trucks and Cars. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary parts and services to maintain the fleet of vehicles operated by the City-Parish, thereby supporting their mission to provide efficient public services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide OEM standard replacement parts and labor for Ford trucks and cars. This includes:

1. Supplying parts directly from the manufacturer or authorized resellers;
2. Providing labor for repairs as needed;
3. Ensuring all products are new (current) and meet standard practices;
4. Offering a one-year guarantee on workmanship and materials from the date of delivery or acceptance;
5. Accepting returns of obsolete parts without restocking fees;
6. Charging for expedited delivery only with prior approval.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with potential extensions upon mutual agreement between the contractor and the City-Parish.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
