Background
The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is issuing this solicitation for an annual contract to establish prices for the purchase and delivery of new aluminum sign blanks, brackets, and sign posts.
The Purchasing Division aims to procure these materials to support the operations of the Traffic Engineering Division.

Work Details
The contract involves providing aluminum sign blanks with specific dimensions and specifications. The following items are included:

- Item #0002: Size 12X36, Thickness .080, Radius 1.5, Hole Punching 35, Quantity 1.5
- Item #0003: Size 12X24, Thickness .080, Radius 1.5, Hole Punching 21, Quantity 1.5
- Item #0004: Size 24X30, Thickness .080, Radius 1.5, Hole Punching 24, Quantity 3
- Item #0005: Size 24X36, Thickness .080, Radius 1.5, Hole Punching 30, Quantity 3
- Additional items include various sizes up to Item #0016 (Size 24X102).

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award until April 14, 2026. There are options for renewal for two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the City-Parish.

Place of Performance
Delivery of products will be made to the Department of Transportation & Drainage at the Traffic Engineering Division located at 329 Chippewa Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70805.
