Background
The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is issuing an Invitation to Bid for an annual contract for EMS Medical Supplies. 1. Fitted, White, heavy-duty sheet (36”x90”) compatible with Stryker XPS stretcher, fluid resistant, elastic fitted design, capable of supporting patients up to 450 pounds.

2. Patient privacy flat sheet (40” X 84”), dark blue, made from 55gsm non-woven spun bond polypropylene.

3. Small pillow (14” X 16”), non-allergenic with a polyester fiberfill shell.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will last for one year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement between the contractor and the City-Parish.

Delivery of all items must be made to various locations within East Baton Rouge Parish.
