The Ouachita Parish School Board (OPSB) is one of the highest-achieving school districts in Louisiana, serving over 18,000 students across multiple schools.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an online purchasing platform that includes a wide range of products such as folders, binders, mailing supplies, desk writing instruments, paper products, business forms, gift wrap, printing services, writing security paper, toilet tissue, paper towels, facial napkins, tablecloths, office machines with supplies and accessories (including copiers and printers), computers, cleaning and janitorial supplies (like rags and wipes), ink toner, calculators, etc.
The platform must support features such as secure login, online order history access, multiple payment methods (PO or credit card), freight options selection, product images and reviews for each item, cart population by end users with administrative order conversion capabilities, annual service upgrades for shipping options, return provisions for defective or erroneously ordered items, tax-free purchases at state and federal levels, consolidated invoicing for purchases within specified periods, and customer support through various channels.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award on January 13, 2025, with an initial term expiring on January 20, 2030.
The district reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four additional one-year periods based on mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the Ouachita Parish School Board's facilities located in West Monroe, Louisiana.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate compliance with several mandatory requirements including offering a minimum of 50,000 various items; providing flat screen televisions of at least 46 inches; having experience working with government agencies; supplying various book titles suitable for K-12 students; and offering laptop and desktop electronic devices.
Additionally, vendors must provide evidence of continuous business operations for the past five years.
