2025 Town Of Addis Road Rehab Project

The work requested under this contract involves road repair throughout the Town of Addis, as detailed in the construction plans and as required by the Town on various roadways within the Town Limits. The construction generally includes asphaltic concrete overlay, cold planing, pavement patching, temporary traffic control, pavement markings, and other necessary items as indicated in the plans and specifications. The Town of Addis is the entity requesting these services. This contract is part of the 2025 Town of Addis Road Rehab Project. The project aims to rehabilitate multiple roadways across the Town of Addis to improve road conditions and safety. Contract requirements include the submission of sealed bids, which will be received at The Town of Addis, 7818 LA-1, Addis, LA 70710, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, until 10:00 A.M. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified office. Electronic bids are also accepted and must be submitted through www.centralauctionhouse.com. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Complete Bid Documents are available electronically at no charge from www.centralauctionhouse.com. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements for obtaining them can be made through most reprographic firms, with plan holders responsible for their own reproduction costs. A performance and payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required upon execution of the contract. The bond must be issued by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana and currently listed on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service List. The bond must also be countersigned by a person under contract and licensed as an insurance agent in the State of Louisiana.
