2025 Ford Transit Low Roof Cargo Van Oxford White Or Approved Equal

Background
The City of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish is issuing a sealed bid for the procurement of two 2025 Ford Transit Low Roof Cargo Vans in Oxford White or an approved equal.
The purpose of this contract is to enhance the fleet management capabilities of the City-Parish by acquiring new vehicles that meet specific operational needs.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of two (2) 2025 Ford Transit Low Roof Cargo Vans, specifically in Oxford White or an approved equal.
Additionally, the following items are to be included:
- Cargo area lights (2 each)
- Customized aluminum partition (2 each)
- Ford front and rear A/C (2 each).
All products must meet specified standards and be new (current) with no aftermarket parts accepted.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by May 29, 2025, with delivery days specified by the vendor after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to Fleet Management located at 333 Chippewa Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70805.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid dealer's license issued under Louisiana State Statute R.S. 32:1254.
Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize certified Small, Minority, and Women-owned businesses as subcontractors and must submit a plan outlining good faith efforts in this regard.
Compliance with insurance requirements including general liability and workers' compensation is mandatory.
