2024-21 Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs at Audubon School

Work Requested:
The project involves Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs at Audubon School, Project No. 2024-21. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all necessary repairs to address damages caused by Hurricane Ida at the specified school location.

Requesting Entity:
The Facilities Department for the Jefferson Parish School Board is soliciting bids for this project.

Background:
This solicitation is for the repair of damages sustained by Audubon School due to Hurricane Ida. The project is identified as Project No. 2024-21.

Contract Requirements:

• Sealed bids must be submitted to the Facilities Department, Jefferson Parish School Board, 4600 River Road, Administration Annex, 1st Floor, Marrero, LA 70072.
• Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time and location.
• No bids may be withdrawn for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities.
• Plans, specifications, and additional information can be obtained from TBA Studio Architecture, 103 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291, Phone: 318-340-1550.
• A deposit of $100.00 per set is required for a hard copy of the documents, and/or a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for an electronic set on compact disk.
• The full deposit for one set of documents will be refunded to each General Contractor upon return of the documents, complete, in good condition, and unmarked, within ten (10) days after the opening of bids.
• For additional sets and documents issued to subcontractors or material suppliers, the cost for reproduction will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded, subject to the same return conditions.

Instructions on Submission:

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Audubon School, 200 W. Loyola Dr., Kenner, LA 70065, to review the job scope and site conditions.
• Sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the envelope cover with the bidder's name, address, and telephone number.
