16 Yard Work Dump Trucks - DOTD

Background

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of 9 units of 16-yard work dump trucks, specifically Freightliner 114SD Cab and Chassis with Warren F-Series Dump Body or equal.

The trucks must conform to DOTD Equipment Specification No. 146-000A, Rev. 3/11/2025. Bidders must submit completed Attachment A (Special Terms & Conditions) and Attachment B (DOTD Equipment Specifications) with their bid response, along with descriptive literature for the proposed vehicles.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award. Delivery timelines are specified as Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT, excluding holidays.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to DOTD Equipment Acquisition at Building 42F, 7686 Tom Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a valid dealer's license with their bid. Additionally, bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid. Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws is required.
