Virtual Tour Solution

Background
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking proposals from qualified virtual campus tour providers to develop and enhance a virtual and interactive campus tour.
The goal is to provide an engaging experience for prospective students and visitors, showcasing the university's facilities and offerings.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive virtual tour solution that includes the following services:
- Development of an interactive virtual campus tour that highlights key areas of the university.
- Provision of training for the EKU Welcome Center and Admissions leadership team on setup, use, and maintenance of the solution.
- Inclusion of support service options in the proposal, detailing available user groups, annual conferences, or other community support.
- The proposal must also include a financial breakdown covering implementation fees, training fees, annual license/subscription fees, and annual support fees.
Optional services should be described in detail.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will run until June 30, 2028.
It may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods, with a total duration not exceeding six years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Eastern Kentucky University’s campus located in Richmond, Kentucky.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in EKU's Jaggaer eProcurement system to submit proposals.
They are required to provide an ACORD certificate of insurance as outlined in the RFP documents.
Additionally, bidders must demonstrate their capability through references from similar projects or services performed.
