Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be legally entitled to enter into contracts with the University of Kentucky and comply with all applicable laws. They should also be registered with the Kentucky Department of Revenue for tax purposes.

Additionally, offerors must submit a signed Authentication of Proposal and Statements of Non-Collusion and Non-Conflict of Interest.
