Terminal Parking Garage Vestibule HVAC System Design-Build - Rebid

Scope of Work:
The work requested under this solicitation is the design and build of the HVAC system for the Terminal Parking Garage Vestibule at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the HVAC system's design and installation, ensuring it meets the operational needs and standards required for the vestibule area of the parking garage.

Background:
This is a rebid for the Terminal Parking Garage Vestibule HVAC System Design-Build project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The project aims to improve climate control and comfort within the vestibule area of the terminal parking garage.

Contract Requirements:
- Attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre, Admin. Offices, 77 Comair Blvd., Erlanger, KY 41018.
- Submit any questions regarding the solicitation by 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
- Answers to submitted questions will be posted no later than 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
- Ensure proposals comply with all specified requirements for the design and construction of the HVAC system.

Instructions on Submission:
- Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
- Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
