Period of Performance
The bid deposit of $5,000.00 is required from each bidder and must be submitted with a completed 'Form of Proposal' in a sealed envelope with the invitation number boldly written on the outside.
The successful bidder's bid deposit will be retained and applied toward the purchase price if the property is sold.
Payment of the balance of the purchase price must be made in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer at the time of delivery of the deed.
