Pest Control Services

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Finance and Administration Cabinet, is issuing this solicitation to establish a Master Agreement for Pest Control Services on behalf of all state agencies.
The goal is to provide effective pest control and extermination services to ensure a safe and healthy environment across various state facilities.

Work Details
The contract will cover pest control services including the use of registered pesticides and approved devices at scheduled times, specifically at monthly intervals.
The services aim to suppress insect and rodent populations, targeting pests such as rats, mice, roaches, water bugs, wasps, fleas, silverfish, ants, spiders, bats, snakes, ticks, termites, carpenter ants, bed bugs, and other insects.
Treatment areas include all office spaces, conference rooms, reception areas, break rooms, janitorial closets, stairwells, storage areas, hallways, canteen areas, restrooms, and the exterior perimeter of the first floor of buildings.
Vendors must provide consultation services and in-service training for difficult pest issues.
Call back services must be provided at no additional charge within 48 hours of notification by the agency.
All insecticides and bait stations must be removed from premises upon contract conclusion.
Vendors are required to submit service tickets signed by building representatives with each monthly invoice.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue through September 30, 2025.
There is an option for four additional two-year renewal periods subject to mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout Kentucky as designated by the Commonwealth's agencies.
