Palmer Hall Renovation - Interior Painting

Background
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform interior painting services for Palmer Hall at EKU. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. EKU reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.

Work Details
This invitation is for the interior painting of Palmer Hall as specified in the bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications.
Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award.

Period of Performance
Work must be completed no later than 8/7/2024. Substantial Date for Completion is within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order, and Final Date for Completion is within eighty-five (85) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order.
