The Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) is seeking quotes for providing lunch services to recruits in Madisonville. The goal of this contract is to ensure that recruits receive adequate meals during their training period, aligning with the agency's mission to train law enforcement personnel effectively.

Work Details
The vendor will provide lunch services for up to 30 recruits at the Madisonville Regional Police Training Center, located at 755 Industrial Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431. Key requirements include:
- Lunch service must accommodate up to 30 students from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- The cost per lunch, including beverage, shall not exceed $15.00.
- The vendor must be located within a 10-mile radius of the training center.
- A variety of meal choices and drinks must be offered.
- The vendor should provide carry-out options if needed.
- DOCJT will supply a sign-in binder for students to confirm their meal orders.
- Invoicing can occur monthly or bi-weekly for meals provided.
- Facilities must be clean and ready for use each day with adequate parking and restroom facilities available.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 14, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2025.
