KYPCIS Bowling Green Seminar Catering/FY25

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is issuing a solicitation for catering services for the Kentucky Post Critical Incident Seminar (KYPCIS).
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive catering for two upcoming seminars scheduled in Bowling Green, Kentucky, aimed at supporting the Department of Criminal Justice Training's mission to enhance public safety through training and education.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide all-inclusive catering services for two seminars with the following details:
1. **Event Dates**: October 27 - October 30, 2024 and April 27 - April 30, 2025.
2. **Location**: Hillvue Heights Church, 3219 Nashville Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
3. **Services Include**:
- All meals, snacks, drinks, and paper products for each event.
- Specific items to be provided include:
- Dinner (Self-Serve Buffet Style) on Day 1 and Day 2 with options like chicken or pork entrées, sides such as mashed potatoes or salads, desserts, and drinks.
- Lunch (Self-Serve Buffet Style) on Days 2, 3, and 4 featuring salad bars, sandwiches on various breads, and Mexican fiesta options.
- Snacks including fresh fruit and granola bars throughout the events.
- Vendor must accommodate food allergies and dietary requests as necessary.
- All necessary catering supplies including disposable plates, utensils, napkins, beverage cups.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Catering services will be performed at Hillvue Heights Church located at 3219 Nashville Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
