The 2025 conference had a record attendance of 826 students, highlighting the program's significance.

Work Details
The contract involves securing one or more sponsors to provide lunch, supplies, advertising, and financial support for the Kentucky Educators Rising Conference. Sponsorship levels include:

1. Presenting Sponsor ($45,000 and up): Underwrites lunch for over 1,000 attendees; includes branding opportunities on marketing materials and media coverage.
2. Conference T-Shirt & Promotional Swag Sponsor ($25,000 and up): Provides conference T-shirts and promotional items; includes logo placement on event merchandise.
3. Supporting Sponsor ($2,500 and up): Includes logo recognition on the KDE Educators Rising webpage and in digital event materials.

Period of Performance
The anticipated award date is October 1, 2025, for a one-year period.

Place of Performance
The sponsorship activities will take place in Kentucky during the Educators Rising Conference.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service System. They are required to submit a Technical Proposal, Sponsorship/Cost Proposal, and any Proprietary Information as specified in the solicitation. Additionally, bidders must comply with non-discrimination clauses as per the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
