Internet Content Management System

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking an Internet Content Management System (ICMS) through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The ICMS is intended to serve 178 sites and cater to approximately 110,000 staff and teachers, and 650,000 students. The contract will be subject to KRS 45A.110 and 45A.115, requiring the submission of a Required Affidavit for Bidders, Offerors, and Contractors to be awarded a contract or for the renewal of a contract.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to provide an Internet Content Management System (ICMS) that includes initial design/implementation costs for all 178 sites, annual enterprise subscription/service costs based on the total K-12 population during the initial contract term (Years 1-6) and subsequent extension terms (Years 7-10). Additionally, post-implementation change order hourly rates need to be specified. The contractor may also present value-added offerings with associated costs.

Period of Performance
The contract is effective for one year from the date of execution and may include subsequent extension terms up to Year 10.

The performance of the contract will be in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, serving 178 sites and approximately 110,000 staff and teachers, and 650,000 students.
