Events Goods & Services

Background
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking proposals from reputable and qualified vendors to establish one or more price contracts for event goods and/or services for both on-campus and off-campus events.
The university's mission includes providing a vibrant campus life, and this contract aims to enhance that by offering diverse entertainment options.

Work Details
Vendors are expected to provide a variety of event goods and services, particularly inflatables and party/carnival style games.
Additionally, vendors are encouraged to propose alternative services such as tents, linens, popcorn machines, sno cone machines, face painting/body art, balloons, photo booths, and entertainment photo services.
Proposals must include documentation detailing the availability and pricing/fee schedules for these goods and services.
Vendors must also include a 'contract administration fee' representing 1%-2% of total sales to be paid annually to the university.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be from the award date through December 31, 2026.
The contract may be renewed for up to four consecutive one-year periods, with a total duration not exceeding five years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed on the Eastern Kentucky University campus as well as at off-campus locations as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in the Jaggaer e-Procurement system to submit an electronic bid.
They are required to provide a proposal plan/pricing schedule file for available goods/services and associated costs.
Additionally, an ACORD certificate of insurance is required per the outlined prerequisites.
