Background
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking qualified firms to conduct a feasibility study and provide ongoing campaign counsel for a multi-year comprehensive fundraising campaign. The goal of this contract is to enhance the university's fundraising efforts through expert consulting services.
Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a feasibility study and providing campaign planning and counsel. Specifically, the services include:
1. Conducting a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the potential for a successful fundraising campaign.
2. Offering ongoing campaign counsel throughout the duration of the fundraising initiative.
The proposal should include a total, not-to-exceed (NTE) fee for each type of service (feasibility study and campaign planning and counsel) for each contract term: August 3, 2026 - June 30, 2028; July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029; and any subsequent terms proposed by the Offeror.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term will run from August 3, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods, with a total duration not exceeding four years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Eastern Kentucky University, located in Richmond, Kentucky.
Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State Office as required by Kentucky law prior to contract execution. While registration is not necessary to submit a proposal, it is required if awarded the contract.
