Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is issuing this solicitation to establish Master Agreements for Commercial Electrical Supplies.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) oversees the procurement, aiming to meet the electrical supply needs of its facilities.
This contract aims to provide essential electrical components and supplies necessary for the operation and maintenance of state facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various electrical supplies, including but not limited to:
- Fiberglass Struts
- Fiberglass Fittings
- Commercial Grade Circuit Breakers (brands such as Siemens, Cutler Hammer, Square D, Eaton)
- Wireway for Outdoor Use
- Hand Off Auto Control Switches
- Commercial Grade Transformers
- NEMA rated disconnects (3R) Raintight Enclosures
- Spring nuts (1/4", 3/8", 1/2")
- PVC schedule 80 conduit (various sizes)
- Rigid conduit (2" and above)
- 6-3 MC Cable
- Three Phase Breakers of any type
- Commercial Grade Panelboards (Siemens, Cutler Hammer, Square D, Eaton)
- 3 Phase Contactors.
Items may be added later with approval from purchases. Only online bids will be accepted for this RFB. Bidders must enter $0.01 for price and zero (0) for delivery in the e-procurement system. Actual bid prices must be entered on an attached Bid Sheet submitted in the e-procurement system.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period begins upon award and expires on March 31, 2027.
The contract may be extended for four additional one-year periods with written approval from both the vendor and KYTC.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be within Kentucky, specifically at brick-and-mortar stores within 50 miles of Frankfort, KY 40601 where items can be picked up by KYTC personnel.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service System.
They are required to maintain insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
Additionally, bidders must comply with KRS regulations regarding foreign entities and non-discrimination clauses.
