Background
The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is seeking proposals for Axis Camera Parts, Supplies, and Service to support its surveillance and access control systems at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of Axis brand technology and hardware, along with installation services as needed.
Work Details
The successful bidder must provide Axis brand parts and any peripheral items necessary for security and surveillance monitoring. This includes:
- Providing brand new, original Axis parts as listed in Section 3.1, Table 1 (Pricing Proposal).
- Installation services for video surveillance cameras that connect to the integrated security system, including wiring and mounting cameras.
- Ensuring all work conforms to state and federal regulations, KCAB rules, local building codes, and obtaining all required permits and inspections.
- Warranty on all labor and materials provided under this contract.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, with an option for two additional one-year renewals.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be an Axis licensed distributor with an Axis certified professional on staff available for remote consultation and on-site service.
Bidders are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance, Resident & Non-Resident Status Forms, warranty documentation, and confirmation of authority to bind the proposer legally.
