Background
The University of Kentucky is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of the 5th floor of the Patterson Office Tower as part of its Asset Preservation Pool project. The goal of this contract is to enhance and preserve the functionality and aesthetics of the office space within the university's facilities.

Work Details
The project involves the renovation of approximately 9,675 gross square feet (GSF) on the 5th floor of the Patterson Office Tower. This includes all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, and services necessary for completing the renovation as specified in the provided drawings and specifications prepared by Tabitha McFarland.

Period of Performance
The contractor must achieve Substantial Completion within 395 consecutive calendar days from the commencement date specified in the Work Order letter. Final Completion is required 30 days after Substantial Completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Patterson Office Tower located at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid guarantee of at least 5% of the base bid amount. A 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond are required from the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted using official forms provided by the University of Kentucky's Construction Procurement Section.
