Description
Background
The City of Olathe is seeking qualified firms to provide Application Managed Services (AMS) for ongoing support of their Workday platform. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Workday system, which includes various critical operational areas.
Work Details
The selected vendor will provide ongoing support for the following Workday functional areas: Finance, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Integrations, Reporting, Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Adaptive Planning/Financial Planning.
Proposals must include details on tracking and managing open issues, reporting structure for hours worked and associated costs, processes for managing time-sensitive escalations including service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing model details. Additionally, proposals should outline the identification and organization of the proposed team assigned to this project along with individual resumes and responsibilities.
A proposed plan for services including content and scope as well as a timeline for project completion must also be included.
Period of Performance
The contract period is anticipated to begin after award in December 2025 and will continue as specified in the proposal.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the City of Olathe or remotely as required by the project needs.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents must comply with K.S.A., 44-1030 et. seq. regarding discrimination provisions. A current Kansas Certificate of Good Standing is required upon contract award if the contract amount is $25,000 or higher. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire and include all necessary forms completed and signed.
