GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools (or the "District") is soliciting bids for the purchase of Tricaster and Studio Equipment. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions and terms and conditions attached as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications. SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to purchase studio equipment and associated supplies as described in the Items Details section of this RFB. Pricing should include shipping/freight factored in to each line item. Installation and/or setup of items listed will be required. That item can be awarded as a separate award if determined to be in the District's best interest and should be bid as if the contractor is setting up/installing owner provided equipment. Line items are indicated as "No Alternates". Items will only be awarded if bid as specified. District can award items all or part, in its best interest. **Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging. The Contractor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.**

Work Details
The scope of work includes the purchase of various studio equipment as detailed in the Items Details section of the Request for Bid (RFB). The items include:

2) Tricaster TC410+,
3) Tricaster TC410+ with Control Surface,
4) Tricaster Mini 4K,
5) Tricaster Mini 4K with Control Surface,
6) PTZ3 Plus Cameras (Quantity: 4),
7) Tripods with Dolly (Quantity: 4),
8) PTZ Teleprompters (Quantity: 2),
9) Lyra Light Kit,
10) Canvas RGBWA Light Kit,
and additional items such as microphones, headphones, and a green screen. Pricing must include shipping/freight costs. Installation/setup may be required and can be awarded separately if deemed beneficial to the District. All products must be new and sourced from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Channels.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as agreed upon in the final contract.
Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to Olathe Public Schools located at 14250 S Black Bob Rd., Olathe, KS 66062.
Bidder Requirements
Contractors must certify that they are an OEM Authorized Channel Partner at the time of submission. They must also provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents. Additionally, bidders should not have been debarred or suspended from federal assistance programs.
