Statewide Advertising and Marketing Services

Background
The State of Kansas, through the Department of Administration, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a Statewide Advertising and Marketing task order contract.

This initiative aims to provide agencies that currently lack a contract with an advertising or marketing vendor the ability to utilize these services on a quote/Ala-Carte basis. The goal is to enhance the state's marketing efforts by allowing multiple qualified vendors to be awarded contracts, thereby increasing competition and service options.

Work Details
Vendors will be required to provide various advertising and marketing services as specified in the solicitation.

Bidders may submit proposals for one or multiple categories outlined in the specifications. The services may include but are not limited to: strategic planning, creative development, media buying, digital marketing, public relations, and event management. Each vendor will receive requests for quotes from agencies needing specific services.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and extend through December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across Kansas.
