Pest Control Services-Hutchinson Correctional

Background
The Hutchinson Correctional Facility, part of the Kansas Department of Administration, is seeking competitive proposals for facility-wide Pest Control Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure a pest-free environment across multiple locations within the facility, supporting the agency's mission to maintain safety and security for staff and inmates.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services that include:

- Regular inspections
- Treatment plans for various pests (including rodents, insects, and other vermin)
- Emergency response services for pest infestations
- Documentation of all services provided.

The contractor must adhere to all relevant state regulations regarding pest control and use environmentally safe products whenever possible.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue through June 30th, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility located at 500 S Reformatory Rd, Hutchinson, KS 67504.
