Description

Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services
Background
The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for KPC Facility Training Services. The goal of this contract is to provide training and technical assistance to support the Kansas Prevention Collaborative, ensuring that initiatives remain locally owned, data-driven, and effectively supported through various training models.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Kansas Prevention Collaborative Facility Training & Technical Assistance. This includes:
- A variety of statewide technical and training models, including asynchronous training in a Learning Management System (LMS) and hands-on coaching.
- Development of subject matter expertise to coach community coalitions, KDADS staff, KPC contractors, and the general public.
- Both in-person and virtual training as needed.
- The proposal should outline approaches to meet specifications outlined in the RFP, including measures for project efficacy and baseline data.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from April 23, 2025, to May 29, 2025, with a due date for proposals extended to June 5, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the New England Building located at 503 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603-3404.

Bidder Requirements
