Description

The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for janitorial services at the Department for Children and Families' office, 515 Limit, Suite 100 and Suite 200, Leavenworth, KS (18,538 sq. ft, made up of 1,948 sq. ft. tile and 16,590 sq. ft. carpet).
Background
The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for janitorial services at their office located at 515 Limit, Suite 100 and Suite 200, Leavenworth, KS.

The office spans a total area of 18,538 square feet, which includes 1,948 square feet of tile flooring and 16,590 square feet of carpet. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the department's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services that include but are not limited to: daily cleaning of all office spaces, restrooms, and common areas; vacuuming carpets; mopping tile floors; dusting surfaces; emptying trash receptacles; replenishing restroom supplies; and ensuring that all areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

Specific tasks may include cleaning windows, sanitizing high-touch areas, and performing periodic deep cleaning as required. The contractor must also adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing these services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2029.
