Janitorial Services - Great Bend KDLEX Office

Background
The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services at the Great Bend Driver's License Examination Office, which spans approximately 1125 square feet.
The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the office, supporting the agency's mission to serve the public effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services, which include but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of floors
- Dusting surfaces
- Cleaning restrooms
- Replenishing supplies (such as toilet paper and soap)
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Ensuring that all areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
Specific tasks may include vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, sanitizing high-touch areas, and performing periodic deep cleaning as required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence upon the date of award and continue through December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Great Bend Driver's License Examination Office located at 3520 Lakin Avenue, Great Bend, Kansas 67530.
