The Department of Revenue is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the Kansas Department of Revenue, Kansas Driver's License Examination Offices, at 2601 Central Ave, Dodge City, KS 47061 (approximately 2750 sq. ft. currently).
Background
The Department of Revenue is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the Kansas Department of Revenue, specifically for the Kansas Driver’s License Examination Offices located at 2601 Central Ave, Dodge City, KS 47061.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment within the office space, which encompasses approximately 2750 square feet.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services, which include but are not limited to: daily cleaning of floors, dusting surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.

Specific tasks may include vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and restocking restroom supplies as needed. The contractor must ensure that all cleaning products used are compliant with safety regulations and suitable for the environment.

Period of Performance
