Background
Fort Hays State University (FHSU) is seeking proposals for a Video Content Management System to enhance its digital media capabilities. The goal of this contract is to procure a system that meets the university's needs for managing video content effectively.

The RFP was issued on January 15, 2025, and aims to establish a partnership that supports FHSU's mission in providing quality education and resources.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Video Content Management System that includes:
- User-friendly interface for uploading, managing, and sharing video content.
- Integration capabilities with existing FHSU systems and platforms.
- Support for various video formats and resolutions.
- Features for analytics and reporting on video usage.
- Training and support services for FHSU staff.
- Maintenance and updates of the system throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a term of three (3) years, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

The services will be performed at Fort Hays State University, located at 601 Park Street, Sheridan Hall 318, Hays, KS 67601.
