Background
The Kansas Highway Patrol is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the Expanded Information Technology Deployment Program Plan. Work Details
The contract involves the development and implementation of an Expanded Information Technology Deployment Program Plan. Specific services include: conducting a needs assessment, developing a comprehensive IT deployment strategy, providing training for personnel, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a detailed project timeline, methodology, and qualifications that demonstrate their capability to execute the project successfully.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon final signature and will last for one year, with an option to renew for four additional 12-month periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Topeka, Kansas, at the Kansas Highway Patrol headquarters or other designated locations as required by the agency.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with various certifications including: Tax Clearance Certificate, Certification Regarding Immigration Reform & Control Act compliance, and Certification of Company Not Currently Engaged in a Boycott of Goods or Services from Israel. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar services over the past five years.
